I am a long time friend of the Willingham family. James Willingham had a younger brother Michael Willingham who was Murdered right in the doorway of his home. He wasn’t a reserve Detroit Police Officer about one month and they never found out who did it. Michael Willingham was one of the Kindest people on earth, I just cant imagine anyone person to want to hurt him. It’s funny that a few years later his brother James would be chased by the police and killed. It was also wierd that a female police officer was the only one with Michael on that day he was killed. And she didn’t fire a shoot but hide and call the police. Did she know who it was? Those questions were never answered. I am writing this because not only have I lost a great friend but he was taken before he met his first grandchild,he missed out on continuing to raise his daughters,and those who loved him so much never got any closer. He will never be forgotten in our hearts. A man who has given so much to the Family, friends and the community just forgotten.

This law must be changed. I was charged with R/O
I have seen 10 verbs on my actual ticket and I believe there are 7 verbs listed in the statute.
I am guilty of calling the police names. I thought I was protected under 1st Amendment. Not so. Prosecutors can inflate name calling to this R/O We need a lesser charge Canada has verbal assault misdemeanor.
